Huhtikuun alun takatalvessa luotokirvisetkin olivat tiukilla. Pienistä rannan sulapaikoista ja levävallista linnnut löysivät kuitenkin yllättävän hyvin ruokaa. Huomaa jää koipien ympärillä! Kuvattu piilosta pitkillä milleillä (1200mm).

In the beginning of April we had in Southern Finland very hard winter conditions. Manu migrating birds had big problems to survive. Rock Pipits managed quite well and could find food from little openings of ice in shore line and also from seaweed beds. Note ice around the legs! Taken from hide with long focal length (1200mm).
